These terms govern your use of dopameez.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Dopameez ("we," "us," "our") is based in Mumbai, India. You can reach us at hello@dopameez.com.

Accounts

You can browse and buy from Dopameez as a guest — an account is never required to check out. If you do create one (via email magic-link or Google Sign-In), you're responsible for keeping access to your email/Google account secure, since that's how we verify it's you.

A note before you read the rest of this page

Dopameez is currently operating as an interactive commerce experience: accounts, catalogue, checkout, and order history are real, but payment settlement and physical fulfillment are simulated — no payment is collected and nothing is physically shipped. Read the full explanation at Purchase Experience. The rest of this page describes how Dopameez operates once it also includes real payment and delivery, and is written for that state, with simulated-phase exceptions called out where they apply.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy — it isn't accepted until we confirm it (typically by email/order confirmation) and payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including: the item is out of stock, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an address we can't deliver to. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it in full. During the current simulated-commerce phase, no real payment is ever taken, so cancellation has no financial effect either way — see Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Once real payment processing is live, payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and Dopameez will not store your card, UPI, or bank details. During the current simulated-commerce phase, no payment processor is engaged and no payment is collected at all — checkout uses a simulated payment step, disclosed at checkout and explained at Purchase Experience.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — design, graphics, product names, copy, the Dopameez name and logo — belongs to Dopameez or its licensors. You can browse and shop, but you can't copy, resell, or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, to interfere with the site's operation, or to place fraudulent orders. We can suspend or terminate access for accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Dopameez isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
