Nothing to refund,
said plainly.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Dopameez is currently in a simulated-commerce phase — see Purchase Experience for the full explanation. This page covers what that means specifically for refunds and cancellations.
During the simulated-commerce phase
No real payment is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to refund in the traditional sense — no charge is ever placed on your card, UPI, or bank account. You can cancel, reorder, or ignore a simulated order at any time with zero financial consequence, because none exists.
What you can still do
- Cancel a simulated order. From your order history, you can mark a simulated order as cancelled. This updates the order's status for your own records — it doesn't need to "process" a refund, because no payment was taken.
- Test the full flow. Because checkout is real infrastructure behind a simulated payment step, you can go through address entry, shipping selection, and payment exactly as you would on a live store — useful for seeing how Dopameez will work once real payment goes live.
Once real payment launches
When Dopameez moves to real payment processing, this page will be replaced with a standard refund and cancellation policy covering timelines, eligible items, and how refunds are issued back to your original payment method — consistent with our Shipping & Returns page. Until that happens, any reference elsewhere on the site to "refunds" or "returns" describes how the process will work, not a live financial process today.
