Dopameez ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use dopameez.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@dopameez.com.

Dopameez is currently operating as an interactive commerce experience — see Purchase Experience. Accounts, your Stash, addresses, and order history are real and handled exactly as described below; payment and delivery are simulated, so no payment processor or courier partner is actually engaged today, even though this policy describes how they'll be involved once that changes.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Account details, if you choose to create one — your email address, and optionally your name.
• Shipping details — name, phone number, delivery address, and any delivery notes you add.
• Order details — the products you purchase, order value, and payment status. During the current simulated-commerce phase no payment is actually collected and no payment processor is involved, so there's no card or UPI detail to collect in the first place; once real payment launches, that will be handled directly by a PCI-compliant payment processor and we still won't store your full card or UPI details.
• Anything you send us directly, such as an email to our support address.

Information collected automatically:

• Your Stash (cart) contents, stored in your browser so it's there when you come back — this stays on your device unless you're signed in, in which case it's also saved to your account so it follows you across devices.
• Basic usage and device information (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser/device type) via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand how the site is used and where it can be improved. See Cookies below for how to control this.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To maintain your account, saved addresses, and order history, if you have one.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, to anyone, ever.

Cookies & similar technology

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries:

You'll see a cookie prompt the first time you visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and reloading.

Who we share information with

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and order data lives here.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, for Google Analytics, and for the address-lookup map on checkout.
• Microsoft — for Clarity session-recording analytics.
• Resend — sends transactional email (order confirmations).
• Sentry — receives technical error reports (e.g. a page crashing) to help us fix bugs; these reports are about the app, not a profile of you.

Once real payment and delivery launch, this list will also include a payment processor and delivery/courier partners — neither is engaged today, since both are simulated during the current phase (see Purchase Experience). We don't share your information with anyone else, and we require every partner above to handle it securely.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for as long afterward as we're required to for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except where we're legally required to retain it (for example, transaction records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@dopameez.com — we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Dopameez is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and post the new version here. Material changes will be communicated more prominently.
